Victor Blue is an award-winning New York-based photojournalist. His work focuses on the enduring impact of armed conflict, human rights, and unequal outcomes stemming from policy and politics. Blue’s coverage of Afghanistan, spanning from 2009 to the fall of Kabul in 2021, earned him multiple honors in Pictures of the Year International. His work has appeared in a variety of publications including The New Yorker, Harpers magazine, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, among others.
